Referencia: corrección de la Sentencia T-1301 del 9 de diciembre de 2005.

Bogotá, D. C., treinta y uno (31) de enero de dos mil seis (2006).

 

1. En la Sentencia T-1301 del 9 de diciembre de 2005, proferida por esta Sala, debido a un error de transcripción, se alude en varios de sus apartes al fallo de primera instancia proferido por el Juzgado Tercero Penal Municipal de Bogotá, D.C.

 

2. En consecuencia, se corrige la mencionada sentencia en el sentido de entender que la Corte se refiere al fallo de primera instancia dictado por el Juzgado Tercero Penal Municipal de Villavicencio.
